Pool Rules (revised 7/20/22)
- Any homeowner not in good standing (e.g. dues, ARC violations) will result in suspension of pool privileges.
- Anyone that lets a member not in good standing in the pool will also have their privileges revoked.
- The pool is for the exclusive use of Residents and their guests. Residents are responsible for the supervision and conduct of their guests.
- All guests must be accompanied at the pool by a Resident of Sutton Place HOA.
- Pool and playground are 8am – 9pm.
- No lifeguard is on duty. Anyone using the pool facilities does so at their own risk!
- No diving is allowed.
- No person under the age of 16 is permitted at the pool without a supervising adult of 18 years or older. This is a LIABILITY issue.
- All children are the responsibility of their parents. Do not expect other adults at the pool to supervise your children.
- Children under 2 must have an approved swim school, non-disposable diaper.
- Available at SafeSplash at Kingsley.
- Disposable swim diapers from a regular store are NOT permitted.
- No small toys (under 5”) in the pool.
- The pool may not be reserved for private parties.
- Any person having a skin disease, sore or inflamed eyes, nasal or ear discharges, open wounds or and communicable disease shall be excluded from the pool.
- Shower off before entering the pool. No tanning oil is allowed in the pool.
- No running, pushing, splashing or rough play is permitted.
- Voices should be kept at normal levels.
- No foul language.
- Family appropriate music on personal-size speakers may be used at a low volume.
- Only snacks and drinks are allowed on the pool deck. Residents are responsible for cleaning up after themselves. All trash must be placed in provided trash cans.
- No GLASS on pool property.
- No pets are allowed at pool or playground for sanitation purposes.
- No gum in pool area.
- No smoking, e-cig, or vaping allowed at pool or playground.
- Cut-off pants are not allowed in pool.
- Pool furniture can not be removed from pool area or placed in pool.
- Lower umbrellas when leaving pool area.
- Clean up after yourself at the pool and playground.
- Pool cleaning equipment is not to be tampered with.
The Sutton Place Home Owners Association reserves the right to suspend or revoke pool privileges to any member or guest in violation of the above stated rules.
