Sutton Place Mailboxes

Is your mailbox slowly becoming in need of repair? Not sure how to fix your mailbox? Or maybe you don't have time to fix your mailbox.  The following is a link to a company that the HOA recommends for restoring your mailbox to ARC standards (they carry everything including the numbers, post, and box):

Sutton Place was built between 2003 and 2008 and has close to 200 homes. However, it is the families that live within the walls of these homes that make our community the best place to live in Fort Mill.

The streets of our neighborhood are lined with sidewalks allowing for safe activity for people of all ages. The sidewalks are not limited to just our neighborhood but connect to Baxter Village and many other areas of Fort Mill. There is rarely an hour of the day that you won't see runners, cyclists, or families enjoying the outdoors.

Sutton Place residents are part of the Fort Mill School District which has some of the best schools in South Carolina and in the Charlotte Metro area. Our neighborhood is assigned to Riverview Elementary School, Pleasant Knoll Middle School, and Fort Mill High School.
